Dennis P.H. Mihale, MD, MBA CEO/CMO
Parses, Inc.
Dennis P.H. Mihale serves as CEO and CMO of Parses, Inc. a healthcare technology firm where he is responsible for sales, operations and overall business success for the firm. Dr. Mihale is the former chief medical officer for PatientKeeper, a mobile computing firm and former CMO of IntelliClaim, a technology driven claim processing firm. Prior to his current roles, Dr. Mihale served as a national healthcare executive with IBM Global Services.
He led an e-Business practice that supported the national health care sector of $100+ million in management consulting and $1 billion in overall services. Prior to his role with IBM, Dr. Mihale founded and served as CEO of St. Augustine Health Care, a 24,000-member commercial and Medicaid HMO in Florida. Dr. Mihale was also a founder and senior vice-president of another commercial and Medicaid HMO.
Dr. Mihale earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the State University of New York, his medical degree from the University of Miami and his MBA from the University of South Florida. Dr. Mihale also conducted biomedical research at IBM and with the NASA Technology Transfer Team.
