Edmund O’Carroll is Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of St. Petersburg. Having joined the bank in September 2003, he leads the Commercial Bank and Treasury Management divisions and has played a significant role in the bank’s 541% growth over the past three years.  Prior to joining Bank of St. Petersburg, Edmund spent 11 years in commercial banking with Bank of America. In that role, he managed a portfolio of middle market corporations and provided a wide range of financial services.

Edmund is a member of the STARTEC Advisory Board and a member of the USF Center for Entrepreneurship Advisory Board. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Jose University, and is currently a Certified Treasury Professional and a member of the Association for Financial Professionals
