Deanne Dewey Roberts is president of Roberts Communications & Marketing, Inc., an advertising and public relations firm she founded nearly 30 years ago in Tampa. Her firm represents such clients as Verizon Wireless, Coast Dental and Tampa Bay Water. Her personal area of expertise is issues management, particularly complicated, often controversial, public policy issues.
Deanne is the former chairwoman of Leadership Florida and the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. She is a founder and member of the Board of Directors of CreativeTampaBay. She also serves on the City of Tampa’s Creative Industries Council and is on the Board of Advisors of the USF Center for Entrepreneurship. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida where she earned a B.A. degree in Mass Communications. A native of Tampa, she has two sons.
